The La Plata Administrative Agency was created on August 22, 2008 by decree number 1659/08. Its aim is to propose, design and fulfill the necessary policies for the administration of the stadium; as well as to evaluate and provide the necessary measures for its use and exploitation. This entity coordinates the development of annual plans of works and activities alongside with the La Plata Stadium Foundation.
